Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her Pro Card within a year. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was required to take six years away from stage work following the award of her Pro card to complete the college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing for many years and set new goals every year. She had already won four other fitness titles. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel spent her first six years in competition to get her degree from the college she attended. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to be 6th place within the fitness division, despite being completely unprepared. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using machines, and bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week, with one day being a lightweight day, and the other heavy weight day.
